Please Pray:
...for the direct ministry
our church has to Killeen.
....for those in our
government, who minister to us (Rom. 13:4, 6).
1. Adult, Youth, Children
and Preschool Ministries. That we
would impact the world.
4Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
5Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. 6Be
anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with
thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7and the peace
of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds
through Christ Jesus. 8Finally, brethren, whatever things are true,
whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure,
whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any
virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy--meditate on these things.
Philippians 4:4-8
17(T)hat Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith;
that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18may be able to
comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and
height—19to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you
may be filled with all the fullness of God.
Ephesians 3:17-19
15And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach
the gospel to every creature.”
Mark 16:15
20I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I
who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I
live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
Galatians 2:20

appear with Him in glory.
Colossians 3:3-4
17And Elisha prayed and said, “LORD, I pray, open his
eyes, that he may see.” And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he
saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round
about Elisha.
2 Kings 6:17
GOVERNING AUTHORITIES
1I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 2For kings, and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.
1 Timothy 2:1-2
1. Current officials. For men and women to lead us in a tranquil, godly
society.
1Let every soul be subject unto the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities exist are appointed by God. 2Therefore whoever resists the authority, resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. 3For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good and you will have praise from the same: 4For he is God’s minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him practices evil. 5Therefore you must be subject, not only because of wrath, but also for conscience’ sake. 6For because of this you also pay taxes for they are God’s ministers, attending continually to this very thing. 7Render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes is due; custom to whom customs, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor.
Romans 13:1-7
2. Future officials. The election of such people.
12Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, The people He has chosen as His own inheritance.
Psalm 33:12
3. Their responsibility. Pray for wisdom to know right and the strength to do
it.
7For what great nation is there that has God so near to it, as the LORD our God is to us, for whatever reason we may call upon Him?
Deuteronomy 4:7
4. Our responsibility. Pray we would vote for those who would best govern,
then encourage them
13Therefore submit yourselves to every ordinance of man
for the Lord’s sake, whether to the king as supreme, 14or to
governors, as to those who are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and
for the praise of those who do good. 15For this is the will of God,
that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men- 16as
free, yet not using liberty as a cloak for vice, but as bondservants of God. 17Honor
all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.
1 Peter 2:13-17
14If My people who are called by My name will humble
themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I
will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
2 Chronicles 7:14
